    Orders

    My shipping address is wrong. Can I get it fixed?

    We know accidents happen! We ask that you email us at: sales@tinytotsboutique.com as soon as you realize there is a mistake in your delivery address, and we will fix it as soon as possible. We do ship quickly, so it is not guaranteed that the address will be revised prior to shipping.

    I made a mistake in my order. Can you help?

    We’d love to help! Just send us an email at: sales@tinytotsboutique.com, with your order number, and we will reply as soon as we can! We do ship quickly, so it is not guaranteed that your order has not already shipped 🙂

    My package was damaged in transit. Who can I talk to?

    Damaged packages are the worst 🙁 We want to make it better! Email us at: jodi@tinytotsboutique.com, within 7 days of your delivery, and we’ll get it all fixed. Please send pictures of the damaged item and packaging for reference.

    Who do I talk to about returning or exchanging?

    Please remember that all personalized products are non-returnable. If you ordered a non-personalized product, please contact: jodi@tinytotsboutique.com. Please include your order number and why you would like to return it. We are happy to help 🙂

    Shipping

    Where are you shipping from?

    We ship from our retail location in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. All products are personalized and shipped from the U.S.

    When will my order ship?

    Most orders are processed and shipped with in 2 business days. Yes, even personalized products are shipped this quickly! 🙂

    Can I get free shipping?

    Yes, all orders over $50 (pre-tax) will receive free domestic shipping. International orders will not receive free shipping.

    Is there a faster shipping option?

    Yes! At checkout, you can pay for Express shipping, which usually delivers in 2-3 business days. Please allow for the 2 day processing time and 2-3 days for delivery. Expedited shipping for International orders is not available at this time.

    What shipping courier do you use?

    All of them! This include: USPS, UPS and FED EX!

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes! We do ship internationally 🙂 International orders may incur additional import taxes or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

    Care Instructions

    Can I wash your items?

    Most items can be washed on the cold/delicate cycle and air dried. We do not recommend using hot water and we do not recommend placing our products in the dryer. The heat from hot water and the heat from the dryer can damage the vinyl and embroidered name

    Are your products CPSC approved?

    Yes, all of our products pass, and/or exceed, CPSC requirements

    How often do your product selections change?

    We offer new items weekly, especially new custom apparel! We do have our signature dolls, which are available all year long. However, we do offer seasonal dolls that only have a limited supply.

    If there is something you would like, but you do not see it in our shop, please contact us at: jodi@tinytotsboutique.com. We love designing new products and we are always happy to take custom apparel orders (non-trademarked items only, please).

    Can I order 1 custom doll?

    We apologize, we cannot custom make one doll. Our dolls are designed and hand-made ahead of time and then sent to a CPSC testing facility for approval. We cannot make one custom doll, as that doll would not be tested and approved by the CPSC. It takes a long time to create one custom doll, so all custom dolls would have an MOQ of 1000 dolls, per style, plus a $700 sample fee.
